    • RF Based Wireless MultiAxis Robots for Multipurpose OperationsIntroductionA robot is an electro-mechanical device that can performautonomous or preprogrammed tasks. A robot may act under thedirect control of a human (eg. the robotic arm of the spaceshuttle) or autonomously under the control of a programmedcomputer. Robots may be used to perform tasks that are toodangerous or difficult for humans to implement directly (e.g.nuclear waste clean up) or may be used to automate repetitivetasks that can be performed with more precision by a robot thanby the employment of a human (e.g. automobile production.) As of today Robotics is the vast field to explore the thingswithout human intervention. The word robot is used to refer to awide range of machines, the common feature of which is thatthey are all capable of movement and can be used to performphysical tasks. Robots take on many different forms, rangingfrom humanoid, which mimic the human form and way ofmoving, to industrial, whose appearance is dictated by thefunction they are to perform.     • Proposed Idea: A robot is designed and constructed with associatedelectronic circuits to move into an unknown location andtransport the details of that unknown area to a home place. TheRobot will have inbuilt sensors and cameras to achive this. The system is made more useful by introducing artificialintelligence to it. By artificial intelligence, we mean designing therobot is such a manner that in situation which require decisionmaking, the robot identifies the presence of the obstacle, alertsthe user and moreover awaits instruction from the user for thefurther action. Other condition, which the robot can determine, ispresence of fire. I.e., high temperature and presence of metals invicinity. This project is divided into modules for better understanding ofthe circuit.The modules include PIC Microcontroller Board Optocoupler With Stepper Driver Board Stepper Power Supply Board.     • PIC Microcontroller Board This is the board which contains PIC Microcontroller Chip aswell as the clock Circuitary, Reset Circuit and Power Supply forthe MicroController.OptoCoupler With Stepper Driver Board. The need of Optocoupler is to isolate the MicrocontrollerBoard form the Stepper Motor to restrict any high voltage to theMicrocontroller board. And this board also contains stepperDriver circuit to amplify the Voltge and to withstand high currentbecause the pulse coming out from the Microcontroller is nottough enough to drive the Motor.Stepper Power Supply. This board contains the power Supply for the stepper motorand relay driver.Movement Control: Wireless commands can be used to control the movementsof the Robot.Humidity Sensor and Gas Sensor: Using this sensor, the corresponding parameters areobtained and sent to a home placeFlame Sensor An LDR is used as a flame Sensor. And the output is givento a Digital input of the Controller.     • Temperature Sensor A Thermistor is used a Temperature Sensor. When OverTemperature is detected We can stop the movement of theModel. Also we can give the Visual +Alarm Indication.Intruder Sensor An Infrared sensor is used as a intruder detector. So whenan intruder is sensed we can redirect the movement of theModel.RF Transmitter and Receiver: This is the wireless media thro which the robot sendsinformation to the home placeAdvantages of our Project Utilizes High speed embedded controller Freedom movement for all axes. Rigid mechanical construction. Optoisolation for Outputs. Industrial motors with Gears. Artificial inputs like Flame, Obstruction, and Metal detection.
