Intensive Introductory Program for stress management developed by Acharya Girish Jha
A talk was given in Habitat Center by Acharya Girish Jha in 2005 before the august gathering. The theme of the talk was self-awareness, evolution aimed at deeper understanding of authentic yoga tradition. Intensive Introductory program aims at managing anxiety, stress leading to deep rest, relaxation, prevention and management to day to illnesses and sufferings of modern man.
Talk was interactive that attracted lot of attention specially those people who always believed as if yoga is all about physical culture.

(However, taking lunch in 3rd Murhurta (9.00 to12.00 AM) and 6th Murhurta (6.00 to 9.00 PM).  Attitude – eat with a smile, drink solid and eat liquid.   28. 28. Food for 3H-3 Contents – Balance your intake of food in rasa (taste) and acidic and alkaline (Take six rasa (sweet, bitter, sour, salty, astringent, pungent,) in your food. Acidic food sources are in salty, sour and bitter. Alkaline sources are in sweet, pungent and astringent. Tips for Healthy lifestyle -3 Purity of mind and cleansing of the body     Purity of mind and cleansing of the body are essentials for living in 3H- follow Yama and Niyama Cleansing – help your excretory system to work in a natural way. (Adharniya Vega (Nature’s Call or non suppressible urges) should never be stopped- Hunger, thirst, urination, defecation, seminal discharge, yawning, coughing, crying or lachrymation, retention of breath after exertion, sleep, flatus, vomiting, sneezing or sternutation, eructation. Give a break in between your work to Peace and Smile Regular sleep pattern and sound sleep leads to 3H. Practice 6 step relaxation every hour or after every three hours in working conditions. Put your hundred percent in all works you undertake with LEAP. 100% means desire, knowledge and action are put together in a work that you undertake.
