(I am a humble student of yoga. I learnt yoga, Tantra and spirituality from many masters. There are many approaches to yoga, hence many philosophies. It is very difficult to compress and write about all approaches. I accept with humility that articles, I write on the authentic yoga tradition but do not include every aspects but integrates the essence of teachings. Where ever I refer ‘my masters’ with whom I spent more than 26 years. Kindly write to me freely if you do not agree or writing does not convey the right message. I am always open to clarify any issue with reference to texts, teachings and applications. I write as an instrument of my master. )
