  • 6. How
  • 7. Agile Lean Startup Our highest priority is to satisfy the customer through early and continuous delivery of valuable software. Business people and developers must work together daily throughout the project. The most efficient and effective method of conveying information to and within a development team is face-to-face conversation. By eliminating wasteful practices and increasing value-producing practices during the product development phase, through an evidence-based approach, startups can have a better chance of success without requiring large amounts of outside funding, elaborate business plans, or the perfect product.
  • 8. Agile User Experience Lean Startup With the use of user experience methods we understand what needs to built and how it needs to function to support the end user. We do this by getting to know the users and their situation. We know what actually gives user value when actual users use the product in an authentic situation.
  • 9. Agile Agile UX (together with Agile) answers how something should be built, with whom and in what way - by leaving slow documentcentered thinking, focusing on collaborating and making the work process more efficient - through Design Studio, Crossfunctional pairing, etc. Agile UX Lean Startup Lean UX User Experience Lean (Startup) UX helps us with why we should build the product - by quickly building, measuring and validating, and making the work process more effective - through minimum viable products focusing on validated learning
