  • 化學名稱:洛神葵(Roselle)化學來源:原產熱帶,分布於印度、馬來西亞、東南亞地區。在台灣是生長在東部-台東居多,又以台東縣金峰鄉之產量為全台之冠。洛神花是一種地方性的飲料,為台灣夏季清涼飲料中常見的原料之一。化學簡介:洛神花,學名稱為 Hibiscus Sabdariffa Linnaeus。屬於錦葵科(Malvaceae)為一年生之草本灌木。型態:株高 1-2 公尺,莖紫紅色。葉互生。其花單生脈出。花冠黃白色,雌雄蕊合體。蒴果卵球形。花期夏秋間,果期秋冬間。俗稱:洛神花、洛濟葵、紅葵山茄。功效成分:洛神花之成份,含一些糖類,如蔗糖、還原糖、失水乳糖、失水戊糖、粗蛋白質、粗脂肪,另外還含有:Carboxylic acid(Malic acid、
  • Citronenic acid、Protocatechuic acid、Citric acid、Malonic acid 、Hibiscusic acid、Hibiscin)及 Flavonoids(Gossypetin、Hibiscetin、Quercetin、Hibiscitrin)除此之外尚含有果膠,內含果膠酸、檸檬酸等。作用:傳統的醫學上認為,具清熱、解渴、止咳、降血壓之效,可治中暑、咳嗽、酒醉、高血壓。另外也有報告指出洛神花具有很強之抗氧化、抗腫瘤、保護心血管、保護肝臟及降血壓作用,可以扮演一個化學預防的角色。作用機轉:1. 抗氧化作用(一) 洛神花萃取物(HSE)及其成分原兒茶酸(PCA)抑制低密度脂蛋白氧化作用(1, 2)。(二)洛神花花青素(HAs)抑制氧化性傷害並漸少肝損傷作用(3)。抑制氧化氧化程度指標
