Working in an office for over fifteen years; I realize how stressful it can be when dealing with the public, management and coworkers. It is a daily struggle trying to please everyone. I had to find ways to relieve stress from the daily grind?
What do you do when you are stressed out? Do you know when you are stress? It is important to know your body and know when something is going on with your mental and physical capacity to perform as usual. It is important to take signs of stress seriously.
When others around you are stress do not take them likely. We have heard of situations where workers have gone into the work place and destroyed the lives of coworkers. Could these situations have been avoided if someone had paid attention to what was going on around them with their coworkers? Do we get so wrapped up in the day to day operation we forget about one another? Yes, we are responsible for one another to some degree because we are affected by one another’s mental and physical capacity to do their jobs.
