  3. 3. Anyone over the age of eighteen<br />Anyone under the age of eighteen (parental consent required)<br />Anyone can donate regardless of age, ethnic background, or medical history as long as there is no outstanding disease such as HIV.<br /> Who can Donate<br />
  4. 4. Kidneys<br />Heart<br />Lungs<br />Liver <br />Pancreas <br />Intestines<br />Tissue ( corneas, middle ear, skin, heart valves, bones, veins, cartilage, tendons and ligaments)<br />What Can Be Donated<br />
  5. 5. You have the option as to what you want to donate. The medical professionals upon your death will evaluate if your organs or tissue can be used.<br />There is a Family notification card you can fill out so upon your death , you will have final say so as to all organs and tissue or you choose which to donate.<br /> Your Option<br />
