  • 1. How to Share PPT in Google
  • 2. Step 1
    • Log in your Gmail account at: gmail .com
    • If you don’t have one, sign up for one
    • right now
  • 3. Step 2
    • Go to Document tab
    • Click on New and choose Presentation
  • 4. Step 3
    • Go to File
    • You can either create a new slide or upload a slide from your computer
  • 5. Step 4
    • Click Share tab on the far right to invite collaborators
    • They can edit, rearrange, drag, and make comments to the document
  • 6. Step 5
    • Click on Publish tab on the far right
    • Your document will be assigned a unique address (URL) that you can send to your friends and colleagues, and share it to the world!
  • 7.
    • Done!
    • It’s that simple!
