  3. 3. What To Bring? <ul><li>A Water Bottle </li></ul><ul><ul><li>The exertion of climbing can make you dehydrated </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Remain hydrated at all times </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>You can refill the bottles along the trail </li></ul></ul>

Also avoid snacks with a lot of salt as salt makes you thirsty. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Bug Repellent </li></ul></ul>
