  2. What To Bring?
    • Good Boots
      • Good Ankle Support
      • Worn in so that it’s comfortable
      • Good grip
      • Waterproof would be a plus
  3. What To Bring?
    • A Water Bottle
      • The exertion of climbing can make you dehydrated
      • Remain hydrated at all times
      • You can refill the bottles along the trail
  4. What To Bring?
    • Torchlight
      • Head mounted would be best especially when climbing near the top as you will be holding the rope most of the time
  5. What To Bring?
    • First Aid Kit
      • Panadol / Paracetomol
      • First aid kit with moleskin and bandages designed to cover blisters
      • Sunscreen lotion
      • Energy snacks: Trail mix or dried fruits are recommended but anything with high carbohydrate and low sugar will do. Also avoid snacks with a lot of salt as salt makes you thirsty.
      • Bug Repellent

      • Keeps your clothes dry
      • To throw away your rubbish

      • Gloves: To protect from cold and rope burn
