  2. 2. • Interactive bulk voice messaging and SMS for client contact, via any phone • Overall goal is to improve communication with vulnerable clients, and improve targeting of face to face resources • Highly simplified system to make more accessible • Current pilot partners: – Crisis UK (www.crisis.org.uk) – The Prince’s Trust (www.princes-trust.org.uk) – St Mungo’s (www.mungo’s.org.uk) – The Salvation Army (www.salvationarmy.org.uk/)

Broadcast your recorded voice or SMS message to give information Send your recorded ‘option response’ call to check on welfare Send your recorded message with the option for client to record message in return • Record or type your message • Input names and numbers (CSV or cut and paste) • Hit send and broadcast to the group • Recipients receive a live phonecall playing your message with optional ability to respond (or SMS). • See a report of responses – export if required What it Does
