  • 1. Sistema respiratorioLa función principal de este sistemaes proveer de oxigeno a la sangre, yeliminar de ella el dióxido decarbono. Este aire esta formado porun 78% de nitrógeno, 21% deoxígeno, 0,03% de Dióxido deCarbono y el 0,97% restantes loconforman otros gases.
  • 2. La nariz es el órgano de entrada ysalida del aire. En esta se encuentranlas fosas nasales o narinas que son 2cavidades cilíndricas, e intervienen enel sentido del olfato.
  • 3. La mucosa posee células ciliadassecretoras de mucus hasta la partebronquial.También, al poseer muchos vasossanguíneos calientan el aire (se irrigala sangre y el aire es puesto atemperatura corporal
  • 4. Otra función de la mucosa eshumedecer el aire para quetenga la misma humedad queel aire que se encuentradentro de los pulmones.
