Problems and future dificulties in practice teaching

PROBLEMS AND FUTUREDIFICULTIES IN PRACTICETEACHINGIn this essay I present some difficulties and problems that I had had aspractice teacher also I infer some problems that I could have as futureteacher.During my 2 years of practice teaching I have learned a lot aboutteenagers and the way they learn best. This is depending of the gradethey are. In 1st grade they are so shy. That is why they do not participatewhile they are getting accustom. Also their problem at learning a secondlanguage is that they have not been exposed to the language.Therefore they feel strange so the job of the teacher is to involve tostudents and cheer them to participate.In other hand, the 2nd grade is the easy one. Because we can define asthe middle step in which students usually had the interest to learn. Atleast I perceived that in my practice teaching in the “escuelasecundaria tecnica no. 43”. The difficulties also challenges that we haveto overcome are that they need to be in constant movement. Obviouslyif we as teacher want be behaviorist this kind of group never will learn.We have to be dynamics and consciousness that they learn withmovements and funny activities especially an English class.The problems in 3rd grade are kind of more difficult. This is because thisgrade feels like the big ones. Particularly in this age the guys are lessinterested in school and more interested in friends. I saw a case in whichthe teacher gave notes to students and most of them had 6 or 7 in theirfinal results. They feel good about that they just feel the necessity of

passing the subject. This is a big difficulty because the learner has to beinterested in what he or she is learning.There are many difficulties in practice teaching. For example I think whenI will be a teacher the first difficulty will be the experience because nowwe only had had few hours giving classes but then I hope the hours willincrease the double or more. So get accustom to the students and theway they work because as every guys different. We as teacher have todevelop new strategies constantly.ANAHI BALBUENA GONZALEZ
