The swish-swosh of the waves rolls through your heart

The horizon unwinds your mind

It’s the best hangover cure

You can live off it

It makes the sand a soft carpet for your feet

“It makes way for the clouds”

It’s blow is fierce

You never really Know what’s happening beneath it

Waves bring peace as they mute all other noise

It takes you out of your comfort zone

Blue is better than city gray

It kills boredom

It doesn’t stop at the shore.It trickles into everything..

For now I’ve painted a picture to bring it closer
