Installed three cinder block columns under house to support settling with a metal beam to support floor joists.

Repaired crack with exterior tuck pointing. Tuck pointing is the term most often used to describe the process of cutting out deteriorated mortar joints in masonry walls to a uniform depth and filling in those joints with fresh mortar.

Repaired three damaged spots on roof.

Replaced damaged shingle mold on front west end of house and back of house.
