SYSTEM (COLLECTION COMPANY)
New York Life Insurance
Claim amount $2191.79
Ref No. 114573
Please email to me a detailed accounting on how you came about $2,191.79
What policies lapsed and what amount was advanced to me.
I sent you a fax but there was no fax detected. I called and your fax number listed in your website kept on ringing.
I sent a dispute with New York Life but they never responded. I have copies of all checks they sent me posted at
https://sites.google.com/site/newyorklifeschemes. You will need to mail me, provide me a copy of checks that I allegedly
received from New York Life's standpoint on how they arrived to what came about to be a debit ledger balance when I
paid premiums for 4 policies good for one full year for myself, my two children and their father.
