  4. 4. 10 Steps  In response to the announcement of the Ontario Online Institute, Contact North/elearnnetwork.ca committed to 10 Steps to help take online learning in Ontario to the next level 10 Steps include: 1. Growing the network of centres across Ontario 2. Hosting Ontario Online Learning Portal 3. Delivering Emerging Technologies Training Program 4. Organizing Emerging Technologies Briefings

Delivering province-wide training on pedagogy in the use of videoconferencing 8. Facilitating e-Channel literacy course registrations 9. Offering videoconferencing and Saba Centra e-learning platform to all Ontario colleges and universities 10. Developing Key Performance Indicators to measure our
