    great presentation... i have one tiny detail to nitpick at and then a couple questions.

    To get the nitpicking out of the way up front, you’ve mixed up the airline alliances on slide 10... it should be Star Alliance: United etc... Sky team: Delta etc... and One World: AA etc.

    As for the two questions:

    1. How do you see loyalty programs playing different roles in airlines with different business models?

    2. How do you see airlines leveraging loyalty prgram data to inform and / or complement their digital presence?
