The first EGI User Forum (UF’11) will be held in Vilnius, Lithuania from 11 to 15 April 2011, hosted by EGI and LITNET, in partnership with Vilnius University, Baltic Amadeus (BAIP) and together with the EGI-InSPIRE and European Middleware Initiative (EMI) projects. The event will take place at the Radisson Blu Hotel Lietuva.
The event will showcase the diversity of the EGI user community through daily plenaries, oral presentations, poster sessions and co-located workshops. The conference will help all members of the EGI community, from end-users to application developers, operations staff and technology providers, to share their knowledge and build collaborations.

Exhibition Guide - User Forum 2011 The European Grid Infrastructure Towards a sustainable grid infrastructureThe European Grid Infrastructure (EGI) is a collaboration between National Grid Initiatives and Europeanresearch laboratories coordinated by EGI.eu, a non-profit foundation based in Amsterdam. Exhibition Guide - User Forum 2011ExhibitionThe exhibition of the EGI User Forum will be held on the lobby of the Radisson Blu Hotel Lietuva ConferenceCentre.The deadline for booth registration is 25 March 2011. If you would like to rent booth space at the User Forumplease send an email to info-uf2011@egi.eu.Opening hours  Monday, 11 April 09:00 – 20:00  Tuesday, 12 April 09:00 – 20:00  Wednesday, 13 April 09:00 – 17:00  Thursday, 14 April NO EXHIBITION  Friday, 15 April NO EXHIBITIONFinal timings will be announced in due course prior the event. We kindly ask you to follow the exhibitionopening times and to make sure that your booth is staffed during all time.Booth informationThe exhibition floor at the User Forum will feature up to 20 exhibition booths. The booths have an area of six 2square meters (6m ; 2 x 3m).Exhibition booths for projects, academic institutions and other not for profit organisations cost 450 euros forthe full duration of the exhibition. It is not possible to hire a booth for just one day, or any other fraction of theexhibition. The price does not include individual passes. Exhibitors will have to register separately to attendthe event. Commercial organisations and companies are also very welcome to hire booth space at the event. The address is:Radisson Blu Hotel Lietuva, VilniusKonstitucijos pr. 20LT - 09308 Vilnius, LithuaniaPlease be sure to include:  Name of the event  Name of your organisation  Booth number  Contact telephone number / emailThe event’s venue is in a central area of Vilnius, with easy road access and good parking.All materials for the User Forum exhibition should arrive between 27 March and 10 April.Setting up the exhibitionInstallation will start on Monday 11 April at 8:00 and should be finished by 9:00, when the exhibition floor isofficially opened. It will also be possible to set up the booths on Sunday 10 April, between 18:00 and 21:00.Each booth will be clearly labelled with the name of its organisation. A detailed floor plan, displaying all thebooths and their allocated exhibitors, will be released in due time. Unfortunately, it will not be possible toaccommodate preferences of individual exhibitors and once booth location is assigned it cannot be changed.The organisers of the EGI User Forum and the Radisson Blue Hotel Lietuva will not be responsible for any itemor material lost or misplaced during the exhibition, either during or after opening hours.DismantlingNo tear down will be authorised before the official end of the exhibition on Wednesday 13 April at 17:00. Ifyou are an exhibitor, please take this into consideration when making your travel arrangements.All materials should be removed from the exhibition floor by the latest Thursday 14 April at 9:00. Theorganisers of the EGI User Forum and the Radisson Blue Hotel Lietuva Forum will not be responsible for anyitem or material that has not been removed once the event is finished.
