      Web-based collaboration software
      Collaboration across rooms, buildings, states, countries
      Collaboration on documents, presentations, spreadsheets, blogs, websites, etc.
    • Why online collaboration in education?
      Can collaborate from anywhere with a computer and internet connection
      No software to download and upgrade
      Teachers can be included in collaboration process, not just end result
    • WikisWe’ll talk about PBworks
    • Set up best practices before use
    • Blogs
    • Blogspost@posterous.com
      Send an email, the blog is posted!
      Attach images, they appear in the blog.
      Put in an YouTube link, it embeds the video in the post.
      For group blog: other users post w/ an email address.
