  • 1. Response to Qualitative vs Quantitative ArticleWhat ramifications this article may have for how you might design or structure yourresearch project. Look at the "Axioms" and try to comment on how it applies to you.The suggestion that an introduction of surveys or additional tests outside of the normalplanned curriculum would negatively affect a quantitative research will help me to refinemy research plan. I would like to conduct my research within the parameters alreadyestablished within my classroom- specifically an analysis of homework completion asrelates to test scores. The article also reminds me that a strict quantitative analysis isprobably not feasible and it is inherent and inevitable that qualitative analysis will be afactor in the project.
