LSC GOLF CHAMPIONSHIPS
The 2015 Lone Star Conference Men’s and Women’s Golf Championships are set for next Monday and Tuesday
at Frisco Lakes Golf Club in Frisco, Texas.
The league championships will be determined by a 54-hole tournament for men and a 36-hole tournament
for women.
The four men’s squads will utilize medal match play with stroke play in Monday’s first round to determine
team seeding, semifinal medal match play in Monday’s second round, and championship medal match play in
Tuesday’s final round. The seven women’s teams will play 18 holes each day.
Cameron is the reigning men’s champion after claiming its ninth title last year, while Midwestern State’s
Derek Oland looks to defend the individual crown. On the women’s side, Tarleton State will be looking for its
eighth straight and ninth overall championship, with the TexAnns Isabell Jimenez Perea returning after claiming
the individual title in 2014.
