Social bookmarking is a method for Internet users to store, organize, search, and manage bookmarks of web pages on the Internet (Wikipedia).

The new era begins in 2005-2006. The first wave: del.icio.us, Furl and Simpy The second wave Diigo, Netvouz, Ma.gnolia and Stumble Upon.
