    • The Special Education (SE) teachers are required to have an active role in class
    • Try to give the SE teacher more advance notice of plans, tests, pop quizzes, etc.
    • Don’t allow SE teachers to bounce all over the curriculum from semester to semester
    • Pair teachers by ability – knowledge of content area. Work to their strengths
    • Maintain teams that work well together for a few years
    • CO-TEACHING means both teachers teach
