Where does continuous design fit with agile? Agile development is an iterative process where collaboration across teams drive requirements, solutions and flexible response to change. A traditional design process follows a structured plan for construction that can quickly cause a destructive conflict with agile development. I want to share the way we, at ThoughtWorks, have discovered and defined our approach to agile design.
