Where does continuous design fit with agile? Agile development is an iterative process where collaboration across teams drive requirements, solutions and flexible response to change. A traditional design process follows a structured plan for construction that can quickly cause a destructive conflict with agile development. I want to share the way we, at ThoughtWorks, have discovered and defined our approach to agile design. Through failing fast and getting products to market quickly, we've learned how to integrate design and agile into a seamless practice that delivers innovative and compelling product experiences.
