Residents and visitors saw a prolonged period of tropical storm and hurricane-force winds lasting into this week. The threat level for Igor in Bermuda was extreme for waves and surge. The surge caused coastal flooding, while high winds knocked out power and caused damage. Go to the National Hurricane Center's website for the latest. <br />
