My favorite breakfast food: *Scrambled eggs w/ cheese *sausage patties *bacon My favorite lunch/dinner food: *Salad with cheese, bacon, artichoke hearts, turkey, and eggs with ranch dressing *Bunless bacon cheeseburger with a side salad instead of fries *Scoop of chicken salad, egg salad, or tuna salad. *Turkey/ham rolls: take turkey and cheese and put full fatt mayo in the middle and roll it up like a burrito *Steak *Broccoli w/ butter & cheese *Cauliflower w/ butter *Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad minus the croutons *Pot Roast minus gravy *Ground Beef Taco Salad topped with cheese, guacamole, sour cream, tomatoes, and salsa *Chicken/beef fajitas topped with sour cream, cheese, guacamole, and salsa *Loaded Broccoli: instead of loaded mash potatoes. Just say I want all of the toppings that come on the mashed potatoes like butter, sour cream, cheese, chives, and bacon but with broccoli instead of mashed potatoes. My favorite snacks: *Cheese Sticks *Beef Jerky *BBQ Pork Rinds *Hot & Spicy Pork Rinds *Plain Pork Rinds *Cream Cheese mixed with splenda and vanilla extract. (it tastes like a cheesecake) *ready made sugar free jello w/ whipped cream on top *homemade sugar free jello (buy the box) and make it with half water/half diet sprite or diet 7up w/ whipped cream on top *homemade egg drop soup *cheese chips: cut slices of your favorite cheese and bake in the oven or in the microwave for about 5 minutes or until cheese is bubbling, take out and let it cool down. The cheese will harden and become crispy cheese chips. *pickles *black or green olives *Green Beans cooked with butter, bacon, and 1 beef bouillon cube *Deviled Eggs *Pepperoni Slices cooked in the microwave till crispy Starbucks: *Sugar-free vanilla breve latte *Sugar-free cinammon dolce breve latte *Any Starbucks coffee- fill up 3/4 of cup to leave room for cream or half and half with splenda -Heavy Whipping Cream has 0 carbs -Half & Half has 1-2 carbs per 2-3 Tablespoons -Make sure they don't make it skinny
