A former professor at the University of Quebec, he was appointed Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of International Relations in the early 90s, He subsequently held the role of Minister for Finance and Economic Development prior to becoming Premier of Quebec. Mr. Landry will discuss the national and international financial and economic circumstances responsible for the global economic crisis, and share his perspectives on a model for change.
