Recruitment Process Screening of CV’s Continues sourcing thru affiliated PESO from the job • phone interview just for a confirmation if data’s in CV’s are correct fair all over Philippines,+ walk-in applicants + cv’sreviewing stored in our databank + advertisements in • Oral interview by our certified technical evaluator newspaper bulletin boards +live search engines on internet Pre-select the proper applicant by Chesna Evaluator to determine the qualifications of the positions applied for based on the job description of the client sent/forwarded to us • Facilitate final selection/interview of applicants by employer or its Refers applicant to take Trade Test to ensure of their authorized representatives. qualifications • If clients will not attend selection/interview, CV’s & any necessary materials will be forwarded to the principal through email & courier for their final evaluation and approval.For those selected will then have final offer discussingthe salary,• Conduct Orientation to all the selected workers after the interview to discuss fully the terms & conditions of the employment contract, awareness of jobsite site and etc.•
