wedding business we had in 2012
-July 4th did not generate the numbers we forecasted in
-Food Cost was 48%, slightly inflated largely due to the
July 4th cancellation and low banquet business (2012
was 40% and 2011 was 43%)
-Largest variance on indirect expenses were
paper goods. Tracking 60% above budget
-Result of increased pool paper expenses

have fun with games, a movie, a pizza and
beverages. Members dining in the Merion
