Fake smiles and mannerisms may attract others for a comparatively short period. However they are shot-lived and do not help in improving one’s personality. Meditation technique to control mind: Mindfulness, choice-less awareness, being in the moment, attention, observation, listening, seeing, etc, are all just part of the Art of Meditation, and at the heart of meditation lies the mind.
