  • 2. • Is the “art of conveying a story through bodily movement only". (Websters new collegiate dictionary).• It may be done with the help of gestures and facial expressions and also trough actions.• is basically acting without words and communicating with your body.
  • 3. What are the Advantages?• The students engage to perform in the class.• Students gain communication skills, self control, build listening skills, practice focus, learn economy of movement.• It is a good warm-up for the students.• This is a great tool for visual learners.• Concentration and teamwork of the students.
  • 4. What are the Disadvantages?• willingness and trust of group necessary.• Other members of the group might depend to only one member doing their activity.
  • 5. Using pantomime:• Pantomime encourages imagination and a deep understanding of stories and concepts to students.• Pantomime also gives children a chance to explore their bodies and creative movement.
  • 6. Guidelines:• In teaching, we need to focus on each little bit detailed and help the students to show or perform the activity.• Need to provide direction and purpose.• Relate method to relevant goals.• The students activeness and interest to the lesson.
  • 7. The aims: The students will recall and describe three elements of performance:1. movement2. acting3.character using appropriate terminology.
