  • 2. Definition of Tableau  a motionless performance in theatre  a living picture, a striking group of suitably costumed actors or artist’s models, carefully posed and often theatrically lit.  Do not speak or move.

Advantages:• Students learn how to express themselveswith their body not their voice.• Students gain confidence as they present tothe class.• Quiet students may be more willing toparticipate because there is no talking.• Students will gain a better understanding ofcharacters in a story.• Organization skills• Presentation skills
  • 4. Disadvantage: • not all students may relate with the Lesson using Tableau as the instructional Material. • may sometimes takes time in planning and preparing of props.
  • 5. Some Examples of Tableau (a scene)
  • 6. Its Aim is to……. engage students in meaningful responses to the lesson, with a focus on character development.
