    2. If you're like most other people who are attempting to shed unwanted pounds and finally get the body that you want, there's likely one critical aspect of the process that you're missing so far.

    25. But if you have social support, the people around you will always be there to pick you up, help you regain perspective and faith in yourself and keep moving forward towards achieving your goals.
