    2. Losing fat is as much about the things you should AVOID as it is about the things you need to be doing on a daily basis.

    13. 5) Not having goals or accountability - you'll never get anywhere if you don't know exactly what you're aiming for.
    14. You should have specific, measurable goals, and you should make sure that you're held accountable to them by getting social support from friends and family.
