    9. Interval training is the best way to maximize your EPOC and has been shown to be 9 times more effective at burning body fat than other forms of exercise.
    10. Simply put, interval training just means alternating between periods of high intensity and low intensity exercise.
    11. So, an example of an interval training session might be alternating between fast jogging for 30 seconds and resting for 20 seconds, alternating between these two over and over again for a total of 15 minutes working out.

    13. Another key technique to keep your EPOC high is to do short, fat-blasting micro workouts throughout the course of your day so that you're always topping up your EPOC.
