  • Youth programs and events transcend titles. Agents and specialists alike have a role. Our federal administrators at NIFA recently shared NEW information about 4-H clubs and affiliates being required to file a Form 990-series return to the IRS. A NEW process will be shared with county offices to help these groups determine whether they must submit a Form 990-series return for tax year 2009. Once you receive the instructions, if you have questions, contact our state 4-H office with any questions. Do not contact4-H national headquarters OR the IRS directly.
