WHAT IF? ? ?
Well folks, we have come to the last Mindful
Monday of 2013!!!
When it comes to making changes in the upcoming
year, lasting changes that will make your life
awesome, there is a powerful tool.
That tool is…
It’s not just questions, but the right questions and the feelings they evoke.
There is a previous post on how important asking questions is here: Ask Questions, if you want to
check that out.
But today, I want to share a video with you that I came across recently claiming to make you Feel
Way better in only 4 minutes. I gave it a try and I have to tell you, if you really focus on the questions
presented and get in the “good feeling place” of what you desire, I bet you will be feeling a ton better!
Some powerful questions:

What if I was doing the positive world changing work that I want to do? How would that look?
What if I was in the perfect relationship with someone I love so much? How would that look?
What if my body was in absolute peak health? How would that look.
What if everything was working out perfectly? How would that look?
What if I loved and accepted myself as I am? How would that look?
Side note: This is not about following some certain “spiritual leader” or feeling like it is some woo woo,
far out there attraction stuff if that’s not your thing. This is practical application about clarifying and

The “ How would t hat look? ” is an important part of the equation, giving you a mental image of
what success would feel like to you.
Need more than 4 minutes? That’s cool, feel free to pause the video and write down your answers until
you can feel the passion and possibility in their manifestation.

If you take the time to do this, you can clarify your priorities. You may just find that the success you
seek looks different from what you thought.
Whatever you believe, if you have knowledge about quantum physics or not: Focus on the right
questions, visualizing your answers, and you can change your life!
The change is not in the questions themselves, rather the clarity they bring.
Asking questions that help you visualize the desired result, prepares you to make the necessary
changes and receive it.
Studies with athletes have shown the power of visualization. The brain cannot tell the difference
between an athlete actually running a race out on the track or deeply involved in visualizing it.
“Dreaming means ‘rehearsing’ what you see, playing it over and
over in your mind until it becomes as real to you as your life right
now.” ~ Emmitt Smith
