These are important statements to complete because it involves allowing and integrity. If you want to see changes this year, you have to accept responsibility for your life. You have to realize that your permission is the only permission you need to accept all the goodness flowing your way. Goal Setting and Worthiness So often, our goal setting is tied into our worthiness. If you think you are not worthy of reaching your goals, whether a healthier body or healthier bank account, you self-sabatage. This can be done unconsciously, so if you find yourself giving up, you may need to do some soul searching. Do you truly believe you are worthy of your dreams? On Fiverr: On Amazon:
  • 2. This is certainly something I’m still working on. If you are struggling, try some clearing techniques. Some of my “goto” techniques are Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Ho’oponopono, and Neuro Linguistic Programing (NLP). You must give yourself the permission to accept and allow your dreams. Know that you are giving value, not only to yourself when you do this, but also everyone around you. It’s not selfish, because the world deserves the best of you: Healthy, Happy, and Prosperous! And the Promises… The second part of this equation is keeping promises to yourself. It’s called Integrity I had an epiphany around this a while back. Sometimes we are so reliable Integrity. SEARCH POSTS and responsible with other people, but not with ourselves. Maybe we would do all we can to not break a promise to a friend, but break our own promises. Search Search When you tell yourself that you will exercise every day and quit after a day or two, you breaking a promise. This doesn’t mean you should beat yourself up about it. Just note that it is affecting your RECENT POSTS subconscious and you need to work on having integrity with yourself. This Year I Promise Myself That I Will: Take care of my body and mind. Share love, allow love, and continue to learn constantly. Do things daily that I enjoy for balance and fun. Practice presence.
