  3. 3. Theme of Hebrews <ul><li>Hebrews was written to </li></ul><ul><ul><li>convince the Jews that Jesus was the promised Messiah. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Contrast the Old Laws with the New Law </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Give hope to the persecuted Christians </li></ul></ul>
