Company’s Overview • The Company was founded 13 years ago, focused on selling residential and commercial properties in the region of Vale do Paraíba, 100km north of the city of São Paulo having a remarkable presence in the cities of São José dos Campos and Taubaté; •LPS Foco Consultoria de Imóveis S.A. is a real estate broker for launchings, secondary market, rentals and rental management; • The Company has four units, being three in São José dos Campos and one in Taubaté, and a sales force of 140 brokers; • Acquisition of 51% of the business with base value of R$ 15 million; • No compete commitment from the partner after leaving the Company, provided in the contract • CrediPronto now holds exclusivity for all mortgages loan from the new company, expanding its presence in this market. 4
