People tend to upload only one document at a time. We want them to start uploading multiple documents at a time.</li></li></ul><li>Reducing Confusion<br />Currently the USER is overwhelmed with options which appear in different places.<br />There are 2 buttons to upload videos which further confuses user<br />
Remove Non- Flash Uploader<br />The non-Flash uploader would automatically appear if the Flash uploader fails.<br />This is similar to gmail saying – “the connection is slow, do you want to open basic (HTML) view”.<br />

Cancelling a video upload<br />The error message is not intuitive.<br />I get to choose settings and publish the video. Since the upload failed, this option should be eliminated.<br />In case we want to support partial upload, then we should clearly say, X of Y minutes of video uploaded. <br />Please give an option to preview before publishing.<br />
