Osian, Emmanuel T. Sanchez Bachelor of Science in Computer Science College of Engineering and Computing Sciences Batangas State University ARASOF Nasugbu Nasugbu, Batangas, Philippines The Automated Billing System with Touch Screen Server is a computer-based system which automates the paying system and the monthly review ofincome of the office. The researchers used the Waterfall Model as the researchdesign. This system includes the billing of taxation, secured database for the serverto monitor the income and automation of computation of income. The study aimedto determine the level of acceptability of the existing system and the developedsoftware in terms of efficiency, reliability, security, accessibility, accuracy,flexibility and users-friendliness. The level of acceptability of the proposed systemin terms of Security, Accessibility, Accuracy, Flexibility, User-friendliness, andDesign were Excellent and Very Satisfactory in terms of Efficiency, Reliability,and Usability. The developed and completion of Automated Billing System andTouch Screen Capable Inquiry System satisfactory and meet the requirements ofthe respondents. Nonetheless, the proposed Office of the Treasurer of Nasugbu,Batangas Automated Billing System and Touch Screen Capable Inquiry System isa better one than the existing system. The researchers recommend that theproposed system entitled Office of the Treasurer of Municipal Government ofNasugbu, Batangas Automated Billing System and Touch Screen Capable InquirySystem be implemented for the use of the respondents since they are the ones whoare in the field of accounting. The proposed system, if applied, can be helpful alsofor any interested individual because of significant differences between theexisting and proposed system in their level of acceptability.Keywords: Billing System, Inquiry System, Taxation, Touch Screen
