How can one get it?
Where does one find it?
How does one realize if one has it or not?
How does one retain it?

There was once a missionary who came across a tribal
youth sitting under a tree, smoking a pipe. He asked the
youth sternly, “Why are you wasting your youth in sloth?
Why don’t you do some work?” The youth asked, “Sir,
why should I?” The missionary replied, “So that you can
earn enough to enable your family to live in comfort for
generations.” The youth replied with a smile, “But that is
what nature already enables us to do, noble sir!”

It is easiest to blame others for our troubles.
Were we really all that happy in the first place?
