      • Engagement and trust: A video can make the content more engaging and interactive than written instructions and static photos or illustrations. It also projects an image of transparency, trust, and authenticity.
      • Online and face-to-face interaction: Human interactions can readily be encouraged through audio or video-based web-conferencing programs, threaded discussion boards, live chat, blogs, wikis, email, etc.
      • Increases online take-up and rationalise phone/face-to-face channels for staff and customers
      • Develops engagement and trust between staff and with users

      • They can easily be published and distributed via a wide range of media channels which gives them greater relevance in a connected web and opens the door for collaboration.
