  3. 3.        The  next  day,  “Who  will  help  me  harvest  this  wheat?”  cried  Hen    “Not  I,”  exclaimed  Duck.    “Not  I,”  snapped  Dog.    “Not  I,”  acknowledged  Pig.    “ Then  I  will,”  wearied  Hen.    Soon,    “Who  will  help  me  thresh  this  wheat?”    rejoiced  Hen.      “Not  I,”  mumbled  Pig.      “Not  I,”  struggled  Dog.      “Not  I,”  clucked  Duck.      “ Then  I  will,”  sighed  Hen.
  4. 4. Later,  “Who  will  help  me  take  this  wheat  to  the  Mill,”  giggled  Hen.    “Not  I,”  screamed  Duck.    “Not  I,”  complained  Dog.    “Not  I,”  babbled  Pig.    “ Then  I  will,”  sobbed  Hen.  The  next  day,    “Who  will  help  me  bake  this    wheat?”  sang  Hen.    “Not  I,”  cried  Pig.    “Not  I,”  disagreed  Dog.    “Not  I,”  yawned  Duck.    “ Then  I  will,”  mumbled  Hen.
  5. 5.  Soon,  a  remarkable  smell  filled  the    air.    “Who  will  help  me  eat  this      wonderful  soO  bread,”  rejoiced  Hen.      “I  will,”  barked  Dog!      “I  will,”  squawked  Duck!      “I  will,”  rejoiced  Pig!    “You  guys  didn’t  help,  but  I  guess  I    could  give  you  guys  some  pieces,”    said  Hen.  And  at  the  end  all  the    animals  enjoyed  the  tasty,  yummy    bread.                                                                                                  The                                                                                                                End
