  • 2. About the author ◊ My name is Noah ◊ I did the cheetah because I wanted to Learn about them.
  • 3. Who am I ◊ I am a cheetah I am 30in, at my shoulder. My scientific name is Acimnyx Jubatus.
  • 4. The early years ◊ A mother cheetah hides her cubs carefully and takes them other places every few days .
  • 5. Habitat sweet habitat ◊ Cheetahs live in open to partially open savannahs or grasslands.
  • 6. What’s on the menu ◊ Cheetahs can see 3 miles away but since they have blunt claws its harder to kill so they hunt small to medium animals such as gazelles , impalas, and even birds, and rabbits.
  • 7. Making tracks ◊ They’re like paws and found in mud and in its habitat and on top of mounds.
  • 8. Simply irresistible ◊ Akbar the Great used cheetahs to hunt.
  • 9. Where in the world. ◊ They live in Africa or the red part.
  • 10. Fun Facts ◊ The word cheetah comes from the Indian word spotted. ◊ The young has a grayish-blue coat along its back and belly. Akbar the Great had over 1000 cheetahs in his stables.
