    • All about Yorkshire pigs
    • About the author • Hi my name is Ally. My favorite sport is dance because it’s fun to move around and play. My second favorite sport is softball because it’s fun. • I am writing about Yorkshire pigs because they are my favorite animals. They are so cute but not all of the time,sometimes they get all muddy and gross but they like it. I also picked a pig because my favorite color is pink
    • Who am I? • I am a Yorkshire pig. I love to eat and play. I am totally blind I can’t see at all. I was one of the first Yorkshire pigs to come to the United states from Ohio in 1830.The Yorkshire pigs were mostly in England in the country of York. Today Yorkshire pigs are more useful and durable then ever.world war1 was having troubles for the Yorkshire progress.
    • The early life • Did you know that the baby pig is called a pig for only ten weeks than after that its called a hog. The male pig weighs up to five hundred pounds. The female weighs four hundred 50 pounds. When pigs are born they weigh up to 2 and a half.the sow can have up to 27 or more baby pigs. Sows can have 8 to 12 babies at a time. They only live up to 9 to 15 years.
    • Habitat Sweet Habitat • Wild Yorkshire pigs like a shady place and a muddy place too. They live in East Indies,Europe,Asia,and Africa. Wild Yorkshire pigs can live in many parts of the world like in the jungle and forests. A mature pig has 44 teeth. It can run a 7 minute mile.
    • • Wild Yorkshire pigs have a good sense of smell to help find food. They mostly eat bulbs,roots,fungi, eggs,birds,rodents, fruit,snails,carrion, and snakes.
    • • The Yorkshire pigs tracks look like a deer tracks. Hog tracks can tend to be as shorts as 2 and a half inches long. Pig tracks stay in place longer then 38 days with snow,and even rain.
    • • Did you know that the Yorkshire pig is most sought after breed. Yorkshire moms are good mothers and produce large litters. Pigs don’t sweat and they don’t even have sweat glands.
    • • Most Yorkshire pigs live in East Indies, Europe, Asia, and Africa.
    • • Yorkshire pigs tales are in movies. Pigs are very intelligent. Pigs get butchered and tern into bacon.
    • • Yorkshire pigs are most common these days.Yorkshire pigs live all around the world. Pigs have a weird noise. Pigs eat messy.
