  • This project has evolved and some of our colleagues use it with Midsummer Night’s Dream as well. The primary goal is for the students to modernize the text while maintaining the integrity of the meaning. Additionally we have the cooperative nature of the project where students have to take on roles, organize themselves, etc. Aspects of this project that have developed are storyborading and creating a production schedule and our discussion of Fair Use with music specifically. When I started this project, students used imovie, but now we just Final Cut Pro. Other classes use Adobe Premiere which is on our tablets.
