Results $32 m $51 m Building Teams ■■ Inspiring Excellence ■■ Generating Results In Lisa’s most recent role as Partner Territory Manager with Microsoft, she has added further testimony to her strength as a leader who drives growth. From 2009 when she joined the company to FY2012 she has grown the revenue in the North Central SMB space from $32m to over $51 while maintaining World Class partner satisfaction and meeting or exceeding every scorecard metric.

Communication Lisa is a powerful presenter and communicator, capturing the attention and interest of various channel organizations such as Microsoft & Ingram Micro’s Venture Tech Network (VTN) Her speaking engagements include the VTN Fall Invitational where she was an invited guest speaker, VTN Regional Events, Partner Events, Microsoft’s Worldwide Partner Conference, Women’s Networking Events, VAR Summits, as well as frequently acting as emcee at various partner-funded customer events. Leadership Initiatives BUILDING TEAMS   CHALLENGE: Several leadership changes in two years created extensive management and employee anxiety levels, which negatively affected organizational culture.   STRATEGY: Methodically and tactfully downsized underperforming team members. Retained four top-level producers to mentor and lead the corporate accounts team. Developed and drove organizational values and targets.   RESULTS: Credited for maintaining continuity of operations and providing leadership stability. Leadership Initiatives INSPIRING EXCELLENCE   CHALLENGE: Inherited a demoralized sales team with tenure and challenged with the task of turning morale around while implementing restructured policies and procedures.   STRATEGY: Spent face time with employees to allay fears; emphasized positives and provided professional prospective.
