Few of the identified structures are separated very well. My high school Anatomy students do a better dissection than this. Especially the arteries and veins.
Platysma, Panniculus Carnosum, Facia Facia platysma I’m guessing that’s the panniculus carnosum because it’s the “bacon” and on that side too the white parts are platysma
